Most storage in the Thumb is an unheated metal row out in a field. Ours is not. Every unit here is inside a fully enclosed, climate controlled building on the ground floor, which matters when January runs below zero and August runs humid. Upholstery does not mildew, wood does not split, paperwork does not curl, and you are not standing outside in the wind while you load.
We also include your lock. At move-in you are assigned a DaVinci lock that stays on your unit for as long as you rent, so there is no separate padlock to buy and nothing to lose. The property is fenced and gated, and you come and go on your own keypad code, daily from 6 AM to 9 PM.
