Hawaii Dream Vacation Sweepstakes
The Hawaii Dream Vacation Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Storage of America, with participating locations throughout the United States (“Sponsor”).
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes begins on February 1 at 12:00 AM (local time) and ends on March 31 at 11:59 PM (local time) (“Promotion Period”).

You may enter the Sweepstakes in one (1) of the following ways:
A. Automatic Entry with Rental
Each individual who rents a storage unit from Storage of America during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without renting a unit, mail a handwritten 3” x 5” card including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before March 31 and received by March 31.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Hawaii vacation package for up to four (4) people, which includes:
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $12,500 USD
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize components of equal or greater value if necessary.
All travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, and activities are provided by independent third-party providers. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding any travel services or activities included in the prize.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about April 1 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The selected winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of winner confirmation. Blackout dates, availability restrictions, and additional conditions may apply. All travel, accommodations, transportation, and activities are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.
Sponsor is not responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, injuries, accidents, or losses caused by weather, airline policies, acts of third parties, mechanical failures, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its control. Winner and guests are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and safety requirements.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize.
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or from acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party travel providers, accommodations, transportation companies, or activity operators.
Information collected will be used solely to administer the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the promotion.
To request the name of the winner, send a written request to the address listed above within thirty (30) days of the drawing date.
The selected winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release, and may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9, within seven (7) calendar days of notification or such other time as determined by Sponsor, as a condition of prize fulfillment.
Failure to timely return all required documentation, or failure to comply with these Official Rules, may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
